We use a 7 step  process to ensure that your carpet is cleaned to the highest standard possible.

1. Inspection of the carpet to determine any problem areas and to identify the right carpet cleaning method and solution to apply.
2. Vacuum the carpet using an Industrial strength vacuum.
3. Application of pre-spray to the problem areas and treating of any stains.
4. The pre-spray is then thoroughly brushed into the carpet using a professional machine.
5. The carpet is then cleaned using a natural rinse to remove the soiling from the carpet using a professional extraction machine.
6. Optional application of carpet protective coating to protect the carpet from spills and stains and to prolong the life of the carpet.
7. The carpet pile is then groomed in order to reset the pile and aid drying.
